Taylar Johnson
Taylar brings a multidisciplinary background supported by certifications in socio‑behavioral-educational research, mental health, organizational behavior, and leadership development. Before joining GW, she partnered with Career Services, Human Resources, Emergency Management, Facilities, Student Life, and Athletics to advance human‑centered initiatives across higher education. Her work emphasizes cross‑functional alignment and sustainable leadership practices that strengthen organizational culture and performance.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Advertising and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the University of Houston. At GW, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Leadership Development and will complete her second master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Learning in Fall 2026.
